Music, For You.

“They” say the first post is the hardest when starting a blog, so i’ll try to do this one with limited attempts at being grandeur or without trying to hard to rock the world. Instead, I’ll just name some bands that if you havent had the opportunity to check out, I would highly, highly recommend doing.

Ever since I was young music has always been something thats very important to me, not only the discovery and personal enjoyment of it. But also the feeling you get when you turn someone else on to a band and they end up loving them just as much as you do.  That’s essentially what I see this as, a place for me to share the music that I discover.

There are a lot of different avenues for music sharing in modern culture, most songs are just two clicks away from all of your 1000 Facebook friends. However, I think you can reach a different level of satisfaction by sharing them in a blog format.  And are able to go more in depth about a song or musician, etc.  The music I will post will be stuff that I like, but also music that I think others will like or an artist that I find interesting. I hope to have a lot of fun as I sporadically post here, and hopefully share great music with people.
